Last year I got the opportunity to dine at Ezard at Levantine Hill on opening weekend as part of The Weekly Review tasting menu event.
A new restaurant and partnership between Teage Ezard and Levantine Hill Winery in the Yarra Valley.
The Menu included:
Tuna
Heritage Garden Salad
Fish
Pork Jowl
Chocolate hazelnut sphere
I have to say, I have never experienced a tasting menu before, but the experience was amazing. The food was divine and a joy to the senses.
